Board Planning Session

Members and guests are welcome to join the Board in any meeting.  This meeting is a pot-luck breakfast meeting in person at Bemis Public Library. Bring fruit, bagels, coffee, etc.  Sign up with Sean McGuire (seantmcguire@msn.com), and request a Zoom link from him.

The agenda includes discussion/approval of 2026 budget, filling officer vacancies, discussion/approval of By-Law and Standing Rules changes, and general planning for the rest of 2025 and for 2026.
